Dear Friends. 

Those who don't know us, we are a small team of postal workers based in Leatherhead, Horsely and Ashtead. Since 2000 we have been doing a annual cycle ride to raise funds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The last two years we were not able to attempt this, because of Covid 19 restrictions. We raise funds by doing a sponsored cycle ride from Leatherhead to Littlehampton, a distance of 44 miles over quite hilly terrain, but we are going to give it our best shot. Initially we started this because of the death of a friend {Jess Jones } who died of leukaemia, but, having seen the awesome work carried out by the all of staff at the Royal Marsden we decided to see if we could do something to aid the Charity. This year 

On the 29th May 2022 we are setting off from Leatherhead to Littlehampton to carry out this event.

Sadly over the years we have lost more friends from this horrible illness, most recently the passing of a colleague, and Good friend to us all   {Dave Bretherick}. Hopefully by continually trying to do our little bit, it may eventually make a positive impact.

From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
