I am fundraising for Alzheimer's Research UK because I want to raise vital funds for dementia research. I also want to raise awareness that whats good for your heart is good for your brain, and by cutting out smoking, being physically active and eating a balanced diet you will help lower your risk of dementia. That's why I have taken on this Give Five challenge where I will be completing at least a 5k run, or walk, every weekday for the next 5 weeks to get my blood pumping, so that my body and brain feel the benefits.
