I've decided to give up Coffee for 2 weeks from 17th-30 November!!

If you know me, then you will also know that I am rarely without a cup of coffee.To add to the challenges I am due to travel for work, so in the 2 week period I will be in different time-zones up to 5 hours behind the UK.

I'm doing this because Transforming Autism is a really important charity looking to launch its first vital child and parent services to help ensure that all autistic children get the understanding, support and trust-based relationships that they need to maximise their prospects in life.

Autism Parents get such little support in this area, and yet having parents with a basic understanding of what they are really needing is fundamental to their life prospects.
