On the 8th June I will set out on the National 3 peaks challenge as part of a team. It will consist of summiting Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon all within 24 hours including travelling. This will consist of over 40 kilometres (24 miles) walking, 450 miles driving and over 3400 metres climbing.  

The selected charities for us to donate our collected money are the RAF Benevolent Fund and all the Sefton Children's trust which are both very worthy charities! 

So please dig deep and donate now.
