Story

When I was 14 my dad underwent a triple heart bypass and due to complications he suffered two major stroke's which affected him massively,he had short term memory loss as well as aphasia but with the help of stroke association we managed to get the help we needed with alterations to our house and the medical help we needed to get him back on his feet and improve his memory which gave him a life worth living .

Unfortunately he passed away on the 27th of March 2014 so as it's 5 years this year since he passed I've decided to enter the great South run on sunday the 20th of October and I'm running as part of the Stroke Association team and would like your help in raising money for this fantastic charity that means a lot to me
