The Cider Riders have taken it up a notch and taking part in the Bristol to Bordeaux Bike ride to raise money for a charity called PROPS ('Providing Opportunities and Support').

The Cider Riders are made up of my dad, Derek Tate, sister, Laura Tate and fixy extraordinaire, Ryan Vennell. There will be a lot of hard graft between now and the departure date of July 6th 2016.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will go a long way in spurring me on during my training.
