I'm running the 2026 TCS London Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK! Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity.

My Mum, Gill Waterhouse, died in 2020 after suffering a long and heartbreaking decline in her brain function. She was the third generation of her family to suffer in this way. By supporting me through my 26.2 miles of misery, we are contributing to research to end this type of suffering, which is now the No 1 killer in the UK.
