I will be taking part in The Three Peaks Challenge which will involve hiking up the three highest peaks on the UK mainland.

The National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m).

Over the course of two days, I will trek around 26 miles and ascend to a total height of almost 3,000m.

I will be raising money for Mind, a charity that provides support to people who are suffering from mental health problems.

The charity believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They are there for anyone who feels they need help.
