I have recently completed the ‘Couch to 5K’ process for a second time with some colleagues at Fidelity.  

This time round and with a significant birthday on the horizon, I have been inspired to push myself further to do my first competitive run.  This will be the Brighton Half-Marathon in February and I will be running for The Alzheimer’s Society in memory of both of my paternal Grandparents and my Uncle John. 

The Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, their goal is to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Any amount that you can donate will be gladly received and will inspire me on both the race day and on the dark winter training runs!
