Taking care of mental health is essential, especially in these stressful times, which is why I’m raising funds for the charity MIND who do so much great work raising awareness of and supporting those struggling with mental health issues. Practicing yoga helps me maintain more balance and harmony in my life so committing to 30 days to help such a brilliant organisation is a win win.
