My younger sister, and her family, have battled this terrible disease for many years with courage and  determination. She continues to fight every day while maintaining a commitment to family life.  She is an inspiration. 

Now its my turn to show how much I recognise her bravery by cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise funds for Prevent Breast Cancer.  As the only UK charity entirely dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer, they are committed to freeing the world from the disease altogether. Prevent Breast Cancer is focused on preventing, rather than curing. By promoting early diagnosis, screening and lifestyle changes, they can stop the cancer before it tries to disrupt or destroy the lives in another family.
