Simply Business has been running an annual Giving Back Trek since 2013 The purpose of the trek is to raise funds for meaningful causes and provide once-in-a-lifetime experiences for SBers.Treks have become the hallmark event for charity partnerships and a key part of SB culture — giving energy, leadership and purpose to our mission of being a force for good for the world around us and giving back to our communities. This year marks our 10 year anniversary. In honour of this milestone, we are looking for 10 pioneering SBers to embark on a 10 day hiking adventure! Our 2023 Trek Team will traverse dazzling green rice-paddies, jungles dotted with temples and ruins, villages of thatched, stilted houses, and small towns where Buddhist temples nestle among colonial buildings. The trek will end at the breath taking temple complex of Angkor Wat, the ruins of the capital of the ancient Khmer Empire and UNESCO world heritage site. All for a great cause! The trek team will be raising money for our charity partner, MIND. MIND provides vital mental health support and resources to adults and children in need across the UK - just £10 could help 15 people find hope during tough times at Mind’s online peer support community, Side by Side.
