So here's the thing, in 2020 at the age of 48 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. After an operation to rid the disease I was told that it hadn't worked and that my cancer was life limiting and incurable. 

2022 is my 50th year on the planet, I'm not dead yet so I'm going to raise some funds for Prostate Cancer U.K who  are the leading source of help and support for  people with the disease. 

In 2022 for my "Big Five Oh" (50th) I'm going to run 5 races, big long Ultra Marathons or as I'm calling them my "Big Five Oh's" .
