In 2014 my wife Claudia had ovarian cancer. Then, in 2018 it came back. She has had fantastic treatment throughout and is doing very well.

Maggies run a number of centres for cancer sufferers and their carers throughout the country. They were there for us in difficult times and made a huge difference.

Now, they want to build larger centres to help even more people.

I and two other mad chaps will be joining the Avalanche Pen-y-Fan 'run' in the Brecon Beacons. I'd like to raise money to give something back.
