This year, we have seen cancer appear amongst a few of our friends. It is always a shock when it comes close to home.
One of the biggest fans of Crimbletown and good friend is Mike L who last year was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer. In November he entered a hospice.
Mike has been a strong advocate of Crimbletown and through his encouragement we have expanded our little display to become a charity raising vehicle and the main video has become a Christmas tradition for many of our friends and family. Mike will be forever in the heart of Crimbletown and in our hearts forever too.
So, this is why Crimbletown 2022 is all about supporting Cancer Research UK. Last year we witnessed enormous generosity but this year we recognise the challenges we all face so we have decided that the target amount to allow the release of this year's Crimbletown video in December will be £1500.
Let’s do this for our loved ones, for Crimbletown2022 and for Mike.
