Since lockdown the lack of access to the office cake table and the Couch to 5K have had a positive effect on my fitness and waistline.

I’m planning to use this newfound fitness to do the Chelmsford Half Marathon on Sunday 3^rd Oct and raise some funds for a special little girl.

I’m fund raising for AureliasAdventures. She is a good friend's daughter, who was born with an incredibly rare genetic condition, VPS4A related neurodevelopmental disorder, which affects only six people worldwide. The funds will help to provide Aurelia with the specialist equipment and therapies she needs to help her reach her full potential and live a happy life.
