Children should be hungry to learn, not hungry for breakfast. Yet almost one in five UK children face food insecurity. Magic Breakfast provides expert advice and breakfasts to schools in disadvantaged areas across England and Scotland.

Story

Well...a half Ironman was always only a half...seemed like unfinished business!

I know this is going up a bit close to the event...but...I really wasn't sure if it was possible and having just completed a 20 mile run last Friday morning and 108 miles on the bike on Saturday I think it's now inescapable!

This is also a big team event and so I must give a huge thanks to my wife Emma and all the family support - especially for the early morning starts, weekend cover and a sometimes groggy Daddy during the weekend!

Thanks so much for visiting this page and supporting this fantastic childrens charity. It is the simplest of ideas with such powerful results.  Please be as generous as you can.

Over half a million children in the UK arrive at school every day too hungry or malnourished to learn.Magic Breakfast works with 470 schools, providing healthy breakfast foods and developing long term sustainable solutions to the eradication of child hunger in the morning.
