FOSS is the parent body (PTA) of St Swithun’s School. Each year FOSS works with staff, parents and others associated with the school to enrich the pupils' learning experiences and their wellbeing. FOSS raises valuable funds to purchase facilities and equipment for the school, as well as hosting events to promote the wider school community.

Story

I have set myself a challenge to walk 80 miles before the end of the Summer Holidays. I plan to walk every day.  I am trying to raise £80 for my school because we are in lock-down and so they couldn't have the May fair which raises loads of money.  I was inspired by Charlie and Benny who did a really long hike to raise money for FOSS.

I think this will be a really big challenge for me!

We are using Strava to record our walks and I am also keeping a diary of my walks. I am looking forward to seeing different places in Oxfordshire and walking with different friends.

The school are going to spend the money on a sensory garden.  I hope you would like to sponsor me.

From Robin.
