I have to run/jog/walk all the way around london to try to raise flipping great wadges of cash for the lovely people at St Peter and St James Hospice.  Can you Help?

The Hospice needs £3000.00 a day to operate and it provides an invaluable service to patients and families. I would like to give one day of my life to help provide care for one day of many other peoples lives.
