Between March 12th and April 23rd 2017 I will be running the Adidas Silverstone half marathon, the Brighton marathon and the London marathon to raise money for the Firefighters Charity.

The Firefighters charity provides first class recouperation, rehabilitation and counselling services to injured firefighters, retired firefighters and their families. I have personally witnessed the work of the charity when they have helped colleagues back to full operational duties after suffering serious injury.
