I am writing this with INSTANT regrets (apart from the part where I'll raise a bit of money) I'm taking part in the TRIB3 x TRIB3 Live: 28 in 28 Challenge - 28 live workouts in 28 days while raising money for St Lukes. 

St Lukes take care of 18+ year olds who have been diagnosed with terminal illnesses and aim to give people the best quality of life. This care is completely free but will obviously cost a great amount to give and is super important for people and their families.
