Kate and I have decided to run the Great Birmingham Run on the 21st October in aid of Parkinsons UK. I have decided to run for Parkinsons because I really appreciate all the help they have given my Gran. 

We have both been training hard so I am really looking forward to getting a good time on the 21st!
