Story
Brain Tumour Research is the only UK charity that focuses on research to cure all types of brain tumours. The charity is campaigning to increase the government’s yearly investment in brain tumour research to £35 million. It is also fundraising to establish a network of Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence across the UK.
One in three people know someone affected by a brain tumour and brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer, yet historically just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this!
The Roche Legal team will be taking on a range of challenges over the course of the year to support the charity’s work.
On 3rd June, four members of our team will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for Brain Tumour Research. We’re aiming to raise £1,000 for the charity.
