Event: The Grand Brighton Half Marathon 2020, on 23 February 2020
Taking place along Brightons beautiful seafront, this scenic half marathon has become one of the most popular races in the UKs running calendar.

Story

ROC have entered a team to take part in The Grand Brighton Half Marathon, one of the most popular races in the UK and a significant fundraising event for many worthy charities and causes. 2020 will mark 30 years of the event!

Our chosen charity this year is Alzheimer’s Society; the only UK charity funding research into the cause, treatment, care and prevention of dementia. And until the day they find a cure, they’ll be there to support anyone affected, whoever they are, whatever they’re going through.

By joining Team Alzheimer’s Society, we will be part of the movement to help end dementia. One person develops dementia every three minutes and too many face it alone. any support will help find a cure and achieve a vision of a world without dementia.

ROC's aim is to run for fun, whilst raising money for such a worthy cause.
