Story

Roderick Stinton, also known as Rod, Hubbie, Dad, Uncle, Sir and Baba Rod, peacefully passed away on January 14th at home and surrounded by his girls.

He was a unique and generous man, who lived his life with integrity, humour, wit, intellect and kindness. He was a dedicated family man and teacher - not asking for much more than his cigarettes, Nescafe and sometimes a brandy :) Everything else was for his family and friends, and he shared what he had with an open heart and a story.

In his memory, instead of flowers, we are suggesting donations to MacMillan Cancer Support. They provide an essential service to those affected by cancer and helped ensure dad had dignified and peaceful passing.
