All of you know who know me have heard me saying :" I would only run if there was a ball involved". That running was boring or as we say in Spain only cowards run.

Truth is that through quite intense training and the help of my friend Darren, I have learnt to respect this discipline, the effort that it involves, and the sacrifices involved, but more importantly the beauty within it and now I think I am ready.

When we were lucky enough to get a space at NY marathon as a charity, I never thought I would be the runner, it was not on my plans but everything happens for a reason so here I am.

47% of children in several London boroughs live on poverty conditions, they lack a fresh meal a day and, in many cases, cannot cover their most basic needs once they are out of school.

Miracles the charity via Feed London try to provide for those needs.
