Last January myself and 40 others completed the Nile Bike Ride and, with hard work and very generous support, we managed to achieve  a total fundraising profit of £240,000 split equally between Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy and Childline / NSPCC, funds which were desperately needed in difficult economic times for all Charities. With funding still essential, we have arranged another ride in January 2011, this time to Cuba, cycling over 100 miles in about 48 hours.  These wonderful children’s charities still need your help and any donations will be greatly appreciated. I have of course personally paid for all the related costs so any contributions go direct to the charity, not subsidizing the trip in any way
