My friend Jerry is suffering with MS. Whenever I speak to
him, he is good company, entreating, engaging. With an infectious joy of life.

Inspired by Jerry, I will be cycling the Tour de Gwent on
the 11^th of September. https://tourdegwent.org/gold-route.html.
The course is 78 miles (126km) with over 6,000 ft of climbing. In addition to
that I will ride an extra 22 miles in September to make the total distance 100
miles.

Please give whatever you can to help the MS Society to
keep up its good work.
