The Helen Foundation is 5 years old this year and we want to make it a special one!  Helen's own charity running continues to inspire all of us runners for The Helen Foundation. This year is special for me too as it's 50 years since I started road running as a 12 year old in school.  The knees are creakier than before but the spirit is willing...
