Gab, my wife, was recently having lunch with 6 friends.  They worked out that all of them had one or more parents who were suffering from dementia.  The frightening reality is that as things stand many of us will also suffer from dementia at some point.  So I thought running a marathon is really the least I can do to help fight this disease.  Please do give what you can to help.
