Last year, our nephew/cousin Alex underwent significant brain surgery and ground breaking heart repairs at the age of 4. We would like to recognise the hard work, care and support the staff at Alder Hey provided for Alex and his family. 

Alex has made an amazing recovery and is an absolute trooper! He lights up the room with his infectious energy and happiness! We are truly blessed and thankful to have Alex.
