On 10th October, I will take on the Royal Parks Half Marathon, navigating four of London's beautiful Royal Parks in a fox costume! 

But this is not just a race, this is an opportunity for me to raise money for the League Against Cruel Sports; the charity that wants to create a better world for animals by consigning hunting, 'game' shooting and animal fighting to the history books. And the wifey works for the League, so I'm also supporting her efforts to stop animals being killed for fun.

So come on guys, dig deep to help animals and motivate me to run this blummin race encased in nylon. Wouldn't want to be the person that has to wear the fox costume after me. Blurgh.
