From November 25th to December 10th 2025, I will be moving 5km a day as part of Refuge's 16 Days of Active-ism challenge in memory of Olivia Wood who loved nature and the outdoors, and for all the beautiful and amazing women taken from us too soon.

On any given day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children. And I, myself have used their service in 2023 and 2024 and was met with empathy, kindness and care.
