London to Brighton Cycle 2022 · 11 September 2022 ·

CHEF raises valuable funds here in the UK that can be used to help people suffering from poverty or financial hardship in Lesotho (Southern Africa). By offering funding for food related business start-ups and training, we help people to work their way out of poverty and have a brighter future.

Story

Having chosen a career in the catering industry myself, I know how important it is to have the right skills and support from the outset to be able to stick with it and make a life out of it.

There’s nothing more exhilarating than a busy kitchen service, and taking your paying customers on a food journey and being complemented about it.

I am passionate about empowering future talent in accessing a career in catering.

So, when a colleague told me about the C.H.E.F charity they set-up in Lesotho, South Africa, a charity that supports entrepreneurs and their catering related start-ups through education and training, it was a no brainer for me to get involved.

I am a keen cyclist and enjoy racing for fun, so I thought doing the London to Brighton Charity Ride would be a good way of raising awareness about C.H.E.F. and raise some well-needed funds.

So, please help me by making a donation on my crowdfunding page.

Thank you in advance for your contribution. It means a lot.
