About a year ago I was made aware of the "Skiing with Heroes" week that is part of a programme to help wounded veterans.The ski week gives these veterans support through a specially designed rehabilitation programme that includes mentoring and enables re-integration into society. Often these former members of the military suffer from depression and isolation and this programme gives them a new start. I  I have been accepted as a "ski-buddy" which involves helping these veterans during the 2019 week and would like to ask you to help me raise funds for this cause.
