Like life marathons are a journey. I ran Paris marathon. It was meant to be my last one. Ran Manchester and was meant to be my last one, funny enough that wasn't even my last Manchester and done that one again this April. That was meant to be my last one too. The journey has now taken me to London, my home city,  maybe where I was always meant to be....and my last one...maybe?

I have called this running with purpose since previously marathons were just about running with friends and getting times. Now it is much more than that and is running for charity, BCCS, who desperately need the funds. Please donate generously the money will go to help support children facing a range of social and emotional challenges in schools, this being the sector I currently work in. The pandemic has affected us all and increased the barriers some of the most vulnerable face. The support BCCS can provide with your help will allow these children to overcome these barriers to build a foundation to a successful life.
