Both Helen and I work for the hospice and we are privileged to see the work they do.  Our 5k challenge is to raise money by doing the 5k challenge at home on the exercise  bike  as were are restricted to home with Covid-19 observing stay at home rules.

I will do my 5k on my birthday and we will both do 5k on our wedding anniversary and finally Helen on her birthday. A gift to rainbows at this time would be much appreciated. Thanks for your support.
