Story

Ladies and Gentlemen

I would like to take this opportunity to ask you all to please sponsor myself and Stuart McLaughlin (aka PCSO of the year) for the NUTS challenge, the NUTS Challenge is an Endurance Assault Cause over 7Km of utter nutty obstacles. We will be taking the plunge (literally!) on 4th September in Dorking. This is in aid of Ruban’s ‘Wish to Walk’. Ruban’s Mum and Dad, Becky and Darren are trying to raise £80’0000 to for a life changing operation to help improve their son, Ruban's quality of life. You are more than welcome to watch me and Stu run around in Lycra (or you can just make a donation).

Ruban is a very special little boy, he is now three years old and has a whole range of illnesses and problems with his health. His family are trying to raise £80’000 for a surgery call SDR, SDR is an invasive surgical procedure which will remove the spasticity in Ruban’s legs. Plus a collection of other operations to help his eyesight amongst other things. There is one surgeon who can perform this operation and he is in America.

The monies raised will help Ruban get to America for this operation and his rehabilitation afterwards both in the States and back in the UK.

Please dig deep for this worthy cause of this lovely little boy, who is the apple of his family’s eye.

And thank you so much in advance

Ron & Stuart
