Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running the Richmond Half Marathon on 8th May 2011 with the Bow Street Runners, who are a team of runners made up of Metropolitan Police officers/staff and affiliated individuals led by Acting Police Commissioner Tim Godwin.
Our one aim is to raise funds for Safer London Foundation (SLF), the Metropolitan Police charity. Money raised will be put to good use and will help to make London a safer place to live, work and visit.
SLF helps fund community based crime reduction projects, often working with young people, across the capital, and it delivers the Aspire project, mentoring ex-offenders into employment, education or training. In the Foundation’s first five years it has done a lot to improve the lives of communities throughout London; Together, we can make really help SLF make a difference.
