In October I will be running the London Marathon to raise money for St Raphael's Hospice in South West London in memory of my mother, Ceri. When my mother was terminally ill with cancer in 2019, St Raphael's provided not only her with excellent end of life care but also helped to support my father, brother and me during an exceptionally difficult time.

The hospice is a charity which only receives just 25% of its funding from the NHS, the rest of the money that enables them to provide the fantastic end of life care comes from generous donations. I am therefore looking to give back to St Raphael's and help them keep on supporting people and their families when they need it the most.
