Greene and Greene triathlon in aid of sars · 29 April 2018

Suffolk Accident Rescue Service volunteers provide an enhanced resource to help treat critically ill patients who need urgent specialist care before they reach hospital. All our doctors and paramedics volunteer without charge and we rely on voluntary donations to support our life-saving activity.

Training going Well!! Early morning swims followed by running most nights to! 

Hitting the cycling this weekend so let's see how that goes!!

Really putting the hours in and hopefully going to reach my target of £1000 for SARS.
