Story

Latest News : course safely completed in 3 hours 27 mins, 6 mins longer than last year, perhaps because of the scorching sunshine. See 3 Seven Hills pics above and below, plus a few others.

Having notched up my first septuagenarian marathon at Loch Ness in September, I thought I'd follow that up with my first Seven Hills of Edinburgh as a M70 - but my 24th since 1983. (see pics below)

So, a case of 'from the sublime to the ridiculous', with last week's 200 yd scamper in the Baton Relay now extending to 25,000 yds (14.3 miles) in the Seven Hills Challenge this Sunday 22 June.
