You might have noticed the Street Lane festive lights have been switched on this week. We would normally be getting ready for our light switch on event about now, but sadly we can't do that this year 😥

We DO have our inaugural Festive Trail which help our community focus on something fun in the lead up to Christmas, which will be very different to normal.

We know this year has been hard for many, in lots of ways, so we are asking anyone who feels able, to donate a few pounds to Zarach to support families in need of a clean, comfortable bed or good for their children this Christmas.

Many children are going to sleep hungry and cold without a proper bed of their own. Poverty is a real problem that has a significant effect on a child’s education. By providing something to eat and a good night’s sleep, Zarach hopes to give every child an equal chance to learn and succeed at school. You can help children living in poverty. Together, we can meet their basic needs, give them a good night’s sleep and an equal opportunity at school. If we don’t act now, these children will remain cold, hungry and tired. We can make a difference.
