I'm running the london marathon in April to raise £2k for Crisis to support their goal to end homelessness. 

I haven't run beyond a half mara before and to up the stakes, for every minute I finish slower than my target time of 3hr 45mins, I'll donate £10 of my own money 

e.g. if I run 3hr 55mins, I've missed target by 10 minutes, I'll donate £100.
