Having wanted to challenge myself for some time now , and throw myself into something I would really have to push and train for, as well as try and support a charity close to my heart. 

My family ( wife , Nan , mother in law ) all suffer with Crohns or colitis and I just wanted to raise awareness and some little money and hope it can make a little change.
