Dear Friends...
Ive taken the plunge and the challenge of swimming between Albania and Corfu on 17th September, a 3k - 4k swim depending on how straight you go!

As a family we are very fortunate to have Kingwood who help with their wonderful specialist staff to care for our daughter Charlotte. Autism at Kingwood is a registered charity and social care provider, which provides supported living, to over 150 autistic people and people with Asperger Syndrome, helping them to live successfully in their own homes across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
