After completing the GNR last year, Ben and I have decided to run it again this year, all for a worthy cause and in memory of an unforgettable friend. 

Many of you reading this will know Nathan and just how loved he was by everyone. He put his all into everything he did, whether it was rugby, the gym, or partying. We hope to emulate his determination and drive in the run by beating our time from last year. Knowing he'll be watching over us every step of the way, no doubt laughing at us gasping for breath, we will be sure to push ourselves the whole 13.1 miles.

The money raised will go to Bone Cancer Research Trust, who we raised for last year. It will be a great help to them in their research and getting that one step closer to finding a cure. Any amount you are willing to donate is hugely appreciated and knowing that we have your support will get us over the finish line in one piece on September 7th (hopefully!)
