Many of you will know my mother was taken from us aged 65 just 4 years ago. 

Motor Neurone disease is a punishing disease that strips people of their physical ability but not their mental capabilities. I am running this half marathon again in training for the london marathon to commemorate her 70th birthday in 2021. There is so much we don't know about this disease and families are torn apart by it.
