Story

On the 12th of June 2020, Rosalind Panton completed a 99 metre lap of the Pamela Bryant Ward for Cancer Research UK at Teddington Memorial Hospital.

Rosalind tested positive for COVID-19 in May 2020. At 98 years old "Rosa" has been recovering at the NHS rehabilitation ward in Teddington. Before Rosalind turns 99 later this year she decided to complete a 99 metre walk with the help of staff at Teddington Memorial Hospital.

Despite having chronic pain in her spine and knee due to arthritis Rosalind was determined to achieve her goal of walking 99 metres.

Rosalind would like to thank everyone supports and donates towards her chosen charity - Cancer Research UK.
