I'm running the Anglesey Half Marathon in memory of my best friend Mared. Despite the tremendous efforts of the Wales Air Ambulance and the Intensive Care Unit at Bronglais Hospital, Mared passed away in December 2013. 

A great team of Mared's friends and family will be running the Anglesey Half Marathon this Spring in memory of Mared, to raise money for Wales Air Ambulance, and to promote the invaluable work they do in saving lives up and down the country.
